2024 Workshops 

Workshops are a chance to explore deeper and use Ropes or different Yoga props. Including Asana, restorative poses, Yoga philosophy and snacks afterwards. All equipment is provided and everyone is welcome.

Sarah has been practicing Iyengar Yoga for 24 years and teaching for 13 years. She holds an Iyengar level 2 certificate. Based in South Manchester, she runs her own classes. Also based at The Manchester & District Iyengar center, teaching in the Medical class and a general class. Sarah is a  Mentor and qualified to train those interested in becoming a teacher themselves.  She runs workshops in the UK and holidays abroad.
